A number of security experts gathered at the contest at CanSecWest, and they’ve performed several stringent security tests at the Pwn2Own competition, on the most popular web browsers including Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari and also Google Chrome. The first three (IE, Firefox, Safari) all went down, caught with bugs and security exploits. And only Google Chrome now has passed through to the second day of the test.

One of the features on Google Chrome is to allow you to customize your own search engine to forward the search to when you type the search keywords on the address bar on top. Go to the little tool and then options, you’ll see the windows popped as follows:
Google Chrome is a new browser developed by Google and released under open source license. And Google Chrome has just been released today.
Various questions have surfaced such as whether this new Chrome Browser can kill those already famous such as IE, Mozilla Firefox etc. It seems to say that the Chrome is meant for browsing applications instead of browsing web pages only.
